For what purpose and for how long do we process your personal data?

• As our main purpose we process your data for the selection of personnel.
• We keep your data for two years in order to comply with the principle of data accuracy and updating.

What is the legitimacy for the maintaining of your data?

• The legal basis for processing with additional purposes is the voluntary submission of your Curriculum Vitae and its conservation, by virtue of legitimate interest.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

• For the main purpose, the recipient is the company about which you, as an applicant, have been interested and sent your application.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

• Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether or not the entity is processing personal data that concerns them or not, to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• When the treatment has its legal basis in the consent, you will have the right to revoke said consent at any time, without this being retroactive.
• Interested persons also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the data processing is not in accordance with data protection regulations.
